What happens in a session?

Each session is focused, practical, and actively directed by me. We start with a brief check-in to review what’s shifted since our last call and set a clear intention for the session. From there, I guide you through targeted processes designed to uncover and dissolve the subconscious beliefs and suppressed emotions driving your challenge.

You’ll feel real shifts in the moment, and leave each session feeling noticeably lighter and clearer.

The work is deep, and at times it's confronting. But most men find it genuinely engaging. They're fascinated by what we uncover, they feel intellectually stimulated, and there's usually some laughter along the way. It's hard at moments, but rarely heavy.

How long is the usual wait before I can start?

I can usually schedule an introductory call within a few days.

For new coaching clients, start dates are often available within one to two weeks, depending on my current client load.

I’m based in Bali and work Sunday through Thursday.
For U.S. clients, that means I’m available mornings and late evenings.
For European clients, I’m available mornings and afternoons.

What if I start and realize it’s not a fit?

That's completely okay. I do this work to genuinely help the men I work with, and I have no interest in holding anyone to something that isn't serving them. If you ever feel the work isn't delivering value, I'll refund any unused sessions.

How do I know if this coaching is right for me?

I have a very high success rate because my work is highly specialized. This is for men doing really well in most areas of life, but who still feel stuck in self-worth, pressure, or relationship issues.

I work exclusively with smart, analytical, high-achieving men, and I only help with challenges I’ve personally struggled with and resolved within myself. Because of that, I know how to break through the sophisticated mental defenses that most therapists and coaches can’t even recognize, let alone shift.

That’s why even men who’ve tried other tactics for years often experience real, lasting results within just a few sessions.

It's not for men whose lives are in crisis, or who are struggling with depression or a lack of motivation. That's not the kind of work I do. It's also not for men looking for communication tips, talk therapy, or performance coaching.

I don't give you tactics to manage the symptoms of your problem. This is for men ready to get to the roots of what's holding them back, so their patterns dissolve for good.

How long does it take to see results?

Most clients feel noticeable relief or a tangible shift within the first one or two sessions. That's because this work isn't about giving you more knowledge or insight — it's about guiding you through targeted processes that identify and dissolve the root of the issue.

By the end of a session, it often feels like the issue has lost almost all of its grip. Then over the following week, in the real situations that used to trigger you, you'll see for yourself how much the intensity has actually dropped.

How much each session reduces the issue varies from person to person. When an issue is specific and only comes up in particular situations, it tends to resolve faster. When it's broader and woven through many aspects of daily life, it usually takes longer. Either way, the work is cumulative. Each session is designed to permanently lower the grip your issue has on you.

The goal is to find the root and keep working it from different angles until there's nothing left, so the situations that used to set you off simply don’t affect you anymore.

Can I spread out the sessions or use them less frequently?

From over 15 years of working with clients, I’ve found that weekly sessions create the strongest results. Meeting weekly maintains momentum and allows each breakthrough to build on the last. That’s why my coaching programs are structured as weekly commitments.

That said, I understand life gets busy. We can occasionally adjust the schedule to fit your availability. Also, after the first 8 sessions, it’s possible to move to biweekly sessions if that feels better for you. However, I don’t work with clients who prefer to schedule sessions sporadically when they feel triggered.
