What if therapy, books, or other coaches never worked for me?

That’s actually the most common experience among the men I work with. Most approaches focus on insight or behavior, but they don’t reach the subconscious beliefs and emotional patterns driving your reactions.

My process is different — we don’t analyze or manage symptoms. I guide you to identify and dissolve the roots of what’s creating them.

I work exclusively with smart, analytical, high-achieving men, and I only help with challenges I’ve personally struggled with and resolved. Because of that, I know how to break through the sophisticated mental defenses that most therapists and coaches can’t even recognize, let alone shift.

That’s why even men who’ve tried other tactics for years often experience real, lasting results within just a few sessions.

What happens in a session?

Each session is focused, practical, and results-driven. We start with a brief check-in to review what’s shifted since our last call and set a clear intention for the session. From there, I guide you through targeted processes designed to uncover and dissolve the subconscious beliefs and suppressed emotions driving your challenge.

You’ll experience real shifts in the moment, and leave each session feeling noticeably lighter, clearer, and more in control of yourself.

Even though the work is deep, it’s not heavy. While we stay laser-focused on results, there’s always space for laughter along the way.

Do I need to be highly emotional or “in touch with my feelings”?

Not at all. Many of my clients are highly analytical and have spent most of their lives thinking rather than feeling. You don’t need to be emotional or deeply in touch with your feelings to get full value from coaching.

Even if emotional work has always felt vague or difficult in the past, you’ll find this approach surprisingly clear, effective, and accessible. This is emotional work done through the language of logic.

How long is the usual wait before I can start?

I can usually schedule an introductory call within a few days.

For new coaching clients, start dates are often available within one to two weeks, depending on my current client load.

I’m based in Bali and work Sunday through Thursday.
For U.S. clients, that means I’m available mornings and late evenings.
For European clients, I’m available mornings and afternoons.

How do I know if this coaching is right for me?

I have a very high success rate because my work is highly specialized. It’s designed only for a specific type of person for a few specific issues.

This is for men who are doing really well in almost all areas of life, but who still feel stuck in self-worth issues, pressure, or relationship challenges.

It’s not for men whose lives are in chaos or crisis, or who are struggling with depression or motivation. That’s simply not the kind of work I do. It’s also not for men looking for communication tips, talk therapy, or performance coaching.

This is for men ready to address the roots of their emotional challenges so their patterns dissolve for good.

How long does it take to see results?

Almost all clients experience noticeable relief or a tangible shift within the first one or two sessions. That’s because this work isn’t about giving you more knowledge or insight — it’s about guiding you through targeted processes that identify and dissolve the root causes of your struggle.

By the end of each session, it’s common to feel significantly lighter, as if the issue has lost its grip. Over the following week, you’ll notice how much the emotional intensity decreases in real-life situations that used to trigger you — often by 10–50%, depending on how broad or specific the trigger is.

Based on that progress, we’ll either go deeper into the same root cause or uncover additional ones, continuing to reduce the intensity until there’s simply nothing left.

Can I spread out the sessions or use them less frequently?

From over 15 years of working with clients, I’ve found that weekly sessions create the strongest results. Meeting weekly maintains momentum and allows each breakthrough to build on the last. That’s why my coaching programs are structured as weekly commitments.

That said, I understand life gets busy. We can occasionally adjust the schedule to fit your availability. Also, after the first 8 sessions, it’s possible to move to biweekly sessions if that feels better for you. However, I don’t work with clients who prefer to schedule sessions sporadically when they feel triggered.

What if I start and realize it’s not a fit?

That’s completely okay. I do this work to create a meaningful impact for my clients. I have no interest in holding anyone to something that doesn’t serve them. If you ever feel the work isn’t delivering value, I’ll refund any unused sessions.

This way, you always have the freedom to choose what feels aligned, and I only work with men who are genuinely benefiting from the process.
